Only when you comply with all the agreements within the registration process, can we send you promotional emails and notify you of new changes and features on the website. Changes to this User Agreement

You will have to acknowledge and agree that here at Meem Industrial, we will provide you with a notice about any amendment to your User Agreement that might significantly enhance your obligation or reduce your rights (Substantial Amendment) that are contingent upon the terms of the User Agreement. You also acknowledge and agree that Meem Industrial can make amendments (except Substantial Amendments) with complete discretion and without any liability or further specific changes at any time. However, any change will be effective immediately after we post a notice of the said amendment on the site.

Information Policies

Upon registration with us, you agree to provide us with a non-exclusive, global, permanent, irrevocable, sub-licensable right to use any personal or other information and material that you have already provided to us and other members at the time of registration.

When using this site, you will have to keep a list of conditions in your mind.

• You can not post information, content, and list any item in an unsuitable category or area.
• Posting items that you do not have a right to link or include is prohibited.
• You must not post about items that are simultaneously enlisted for sale on a different website.
• You cannot post any fake, fraudulent, misleading, vilifying, slanderous, and unlawful information. Any content that can be reasonably and logically considered to constitute harassment is prohibited.
• Do not post about any forged or stolen content.
• We bar you from posting anything that can contravene any third party's intellectual property rights, other proprietary rights, or right to privacy.
• You cannot post any obscene or illicit information and content on our site. This includes (not limited to) pornography and representation of any content that we may consider indecent.
• Do not post any content and information which can be an offensive plitical content, especially content that is conflicting with public interest.
• Any item, content, or information that is considered culturally and religious offensive (in our sole discretion) must ba avoided.
• Do not post any content, information, or list of items (in our sole discretion) that is in compliance with general Islamic Shariah law, rules, morals, values, ethics, and tradition.
• Do not post any content (in our sole discretion) that may threaten national security.
• Do not post any information or content (in our sole discretion) that constitutes or promotes gambling.
• We ask you to use "keyword spamming" to list items for sale. This is to avoid you from inserting brand names or other unbecoming keywords in a tille and description to achieve unwanted attention or divert members to a listing.
• Unless the buyer fails to meet the terms that has already been posted on the website, do not fail to deliver the products purchased from you. In case you fail to do so, you will not be able to authenticate the identity of the buyer.
• Do not attempt to finish transactions that is connected to an auction or other offers on sale on the website. This includes cancellation of an auction or offer/sale that doesn't pertain to the website.
• You are prohibited from using any contact that is made by buying or selling on the Site to request (emails and everything else) sales on different items and other websites.
• You cannot claim an item that has not been sold in Meem Industrial's sole discretion. The item has to be in accordance with the policies of the Site and the above mentioned User Agreement.
• If you are purchasing or placing a successful bid for any artwork that has been marked as "non-exportable" on the Site, you will have to agree that the artwork should not be exported out of the United Arab Emirates. It also should not be dealt with in any manner which is in contravention of any pertinent laws and regulations for the said time being.
• Do not manipulate or try to manipulate the Site in any way which includes the price of any item or services available on the site.
• You are not allowed to bypass or manipulate the structure of fees, billing process, or any fees that you owe to Meem Industrial.
• You are barred from taking any action that can potentially sabotage the feedback of the Site and its rating systems. This includes, but is not listed to display, import and export of feedback information off the Site or the use of the information for grounds unassociated with Meem Industrial.
• You cannot transfer the account of the Site, including feedback, and your username to any other party without our consent.
• Do not spread or distribute viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, Easter eggs, and any other computer programming technologies that can prove to be harmful for the Site and are aligned with the interests or proper of our users.
• Do not create any accountability or liability for us to lose (in whole or part) the services of our ISPs and other suppliers.
• You are barred from taking any action that imposes or can impose (in your sole discretion) an obstructive and inappropriate amount of load on our infrastructure.
• Do not interfere or try to interfere with the proper and functional working of the Site.
• Do not assume another user's account to be yours or attempt to take charge of it. You must not carry out any hacking or phishing of the Site or other user accounts and features related to them.
• Do not export or re-export any Site tools except in compliance with the export control laws of any necessary and relevant jurisdictions.
• Do not copy, modify, and distribute any content/information from the Site or violate the Site's copyright material and trademark in any possible way.
• Do not transgress any laws, rules, regulations, guidelines, third-party rights, and our policies.
• You must not directly or indirectly, offer, trade-in, or attempt to offer and trade-in or attempt to offer and trade in, or include descriptions and links to any of the following items,
• Securities that include shares, bonds, debentures, and other financial instruments or assets of any description.
• living or dead creatures, and the whole or any part of an animal that has been kept or preserved by artificial or natural means like rugs, skins, specimens of animals, antlers, horns, hair, feathers, nails, teeth, musk, eggs, nests, and other animal products of any description. The sale and purchase of such products is prevented and prohibited in any possible ways by applicable laws.
• Everything that is considered to be weapons of any description.
• liquor, tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, intoxicants, medicines, palliative or curative substances.
• Religious substances that include religious books, artifacts of any description, or any item that can harm the religious sentiments of any person or group.
• Antiquities and art treasures as elucidated in applicable laws that pertain to antiquities and national treasures.
• Cellular phone SIM cards that have already been used, except for the ones where the transaction is in accordance with the local operators' rules pertaining to the transfer of ownership of the same.
• Any item that is recognized to be defective, fake, damaged, false, or misleading by you and which may through normal use affect or harm another Site's user interest and health.
• Fresh food.
• Non-transferable vouchers/coupons, and chemicals.

You are also obliged to accept, represent, and warrant that,

• You are at least 18 years of age or above the age of 18.
• If you identify yourself as a corporate representative, you are also authorized to bind the corporate entity.
• You are the one and exclusive legal and beneficial owner of all items of any description that you might present for sale on the Site and you have the complete right, title, and authority to deal in and offer to sell such items.
• You are obligated to inform Meem Industrial of any postings, items, or transactions, which seem to be in violation of this User Agreement.
• You must obey all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations that are related to your use of the Site.
• All information/content that you put on the site relating to the items you wish to sell should be closest to the original and as accurate as possible.
• You must not reveal any contact details like (not limited to) phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses in the bidding, buying, or listing processes anywhere on the Site including the feedback area, discussion forum, or through any email feature of the Site that is wilful to bypass any use of Meem Industrial.
• You cannot also use any contact information that you might have acquired during a transaction process on the Site to seek additional sales offline or on any other website.
• You will not gather information about users, including but not limited to email addresses, and other contact information.
• You cannot reveal and publicize any personal information about users, or use such knowledge in a manner (in our sole discretion) that may constitute a breach of privacy and applicable laws.

Copyright

All content/information present or offered on the Site (including but, not limited to) text, logos, button icons, graphics, images, audio clips, data compilations, digital downloads, and software is an exclusive and copyright work of Meem Industrial, its users, its content suppliers, or its licensors. Such work is protected by copyright, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights and laws. The amalgamation of the content on the Site is unique to Meem Industrial and is preserved by copyright, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property rights and laws.

Trademarks

The Meem Industrial logo or other related words and logos on the Site are either unregistered or registered trademarks of Meem Industrial. These are preserved and protected by international trademarks and other intellectual property rights and laws. Our logos and trademarks cannot be used for any product or service that is not proprietary to Meem Industrial and contradict or discredit our policies and regulations. All other trademarks that may appear on Meem Industrial's site are owned by their respective owners and are recognized to be their property. Such individuals or entities may or may not be affiliated with or connected to or sponsored by Meem Industrial in any way.

Do Not Abuse Meem Industrial

We urge you to report any violations of the User Agreement to Meem Industrial. In case your intellectual property rights have been breached or violated, do not hesitate to notify Meem Industrial. Without causing any harm to other rights and remedies of Meem Industrial under the User Agreement or at law, Meem Industrial can limit, suspend or withdraw any user’s access to the Site or their membership of the Site and discard any hosted content. Meem Industrial can also take necessary technical or legal steps against users who are responsible for problems or other legal liabilities of any kind, breach intellectual property rights of third parties, or act against the clauses mentioned in the User Agreement.

An Efficient Platform for Communication

Meem Industrial is only a platform for communication where users often meet and interact with one another for selling and purchasing various items. It is crucial to mention here that Meem Industrial does not sell things. It is not and cannot become a party to control any transaction between two users on the Site. Meem Industrial cannot also guarantee that a buyer or seller will fulfill a transaction, accept the return of an item, or offer any refund for the same. You cannot hold Meem industrial responsible for other users’ content, actions, inactions, items, or information they post. These include,

• Meem Industrial does not take responsibility for any non-performance or fringed contract between users. It is also not authorized to transfer legal ownership of items and products from the seller to the buyer. The contract that is developed for the sale of any item should strictly be a bipartite contract between the seller and the buyer. Any right, title, or interest of any item is never vested with Meem Industrial and it has no obligations or liabilities in connection with such products or the abovementioned contract between the seller and the buyer.
• Any displeasing or delayed performances, losses, or damages as a result of unavailable items are not a responsibility of Meem Industrial.
• Meem Industrial does not resolve any dispute or disagreement between users.
• Meem Industrial does not guarantee or have any control over the quality, safety, or legality of items that are advertised on the website, the accuracy of users’ content, or listings, the ability of sellers to sell products, or the capacity of buyers to pay for the same.
• Meem Industrial does not guarantee anything about the properties (including but, not limited to quality, worth, or marketability) of the items that are put forward to be sold or purchased from the Site. To be specific, Meem Industrial does not implicitly or explicitly endorse the sale or purchase of any product available on the Site. It is also not a supplier or manufacturer of items that are sold or purchased by users.
• Meem Industrial does not make any warranty on the features (including but not limited to a legal title, credit worthiness, or the identity) of any of its users.
• The Site may represent links to third-party websites under the maintenance of others. Meem Industrial does not accept any liability materials, goods, or services that are featured on such websites. Any link to these sites should not be considered as an endorsement or a guarantee that such sites are devoid of viruses and other items of similar destructive nature. However, you acknowledge and agree that you may not include links in any user-posted content on the site.
• Users will have to independently agree upon the mode and terms and conditions of delivery, payment, and insurance between each other. Meem Industrial is not responsible in any way with respect to such arrangements.
• Meem Industrial is not responsible for any errors, mistakes, or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
• Meem Industrial excludes all implied warranties, terms, and conditions and is not liable for any loss of money, goodwill, reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages incurred directly or indirectly because of your inability of the user to use the Site.
• You release and reimburse Meem Industrial and its officers and representatives in connection with any claim, demand, dispute, damage, liability, cost, or other outcomes (direct or indirect) of the actions of the users and you specifically waive any claims that you may have in this behalf under any applicable law.

Undeliverable Items

Meem Industrial and its affiliates retain the ability of discarding, destroying, liquidating, and auctioning any item or goods within 60 days of receiving a receipt from the courier company in the event that they were returned/undelivered by the customer provided that the seller has been notified of the return via email and the seller still did not arrange for the items to be picked up. This clause is an explicit authorization to Meem Industrial and sellers have no right to object without any liability to Meem Industrial. Furthermore, Meem Industrial is also authorized to deduct any fees or costs that might have been incurred through the deposition and/or liquidation of the item which shall be claimed and/or deducted from the account of the Seller.

User Agreement Breach

Meem Industrial has the right of limiting your activity, removing your bids, ending your listings, warning other users of your actions, and temporarily / indefinitely suspending, limiting, or withdrawing your membership, and/or your access to the Site, without any liability if:

• If you breach this User Agreement
• If Meem Industrial is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide
• If Meem Industrial believes (in its sole discretion) that your actions may cause legal liability for you, other users, or Meem Industrial.

Reinstating suspended users depends solely on the discretion of Meem Industrial. A user that has been indefinitely suspended or has had his/her membership withdrawn should not try to re-register with Meem Industrial or use the Site in any manner whatsoever until such time as the user is reinstated by Meem Industrial. Any breach of this User Agreement will enable Meem Industrial to reserve the right to recover any amounts due and owing by erring user to Meem Industrial or any losses and damages caused by the erring user to Meem Industrial and take such steps, including legal action and/or the initiation of criminal proceedings, against the user as Meem Industrial deems necessary.

A failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not constitute a waiver of Meem Industrial’s right to take any actions with respect to that or subsequent or similar breaches. Meem Industrial does not guarantee that it will take action against all breaches of this User Agreement.

Withdrawal of Access or Membership

Meem Industrial has the right to limit, suspend or withdraw membership and/or access of a member to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including without limitation for the breach of its User Agreement.

Warranty

Meem Industrial provides the Site and its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and without any warranty or guarantee of any kind whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, security, accuracy, and non-infringement. It makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links, or communications provided on or through the use of the Site or that the operation of the Site will be error-free and/or uninterrupted. Meem Industrial makes no warranty that defects will be corrected or that the Site or its servers are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. The nature of Internet communications ensures that this Site may be susceptible to data corruption, interception, non-availability, and delays. The Site may also be unavailable from time to time due to repairs, maintenance, or development work. You agree that Meem Industrial has no obligation to provide support for the Site. You expressly agree that you use the Site at your own risk.

Limitation of Liabilities

Meem Industrial, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary, including but not limited to, losses or damages for loss of profits, goodwill, business, opportunity, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, its services or this User Agreement (however arising, including negligence or otherwise and whether or not Meem Industrial has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages), to the extent permissible by law. If you are dissatisfied with the Site or any content or materials on it, your sole exclusive remedy is to discontinue your use of it. Further, you agree that any unauthorized use of the Site and its services as a result of your negligent act or omission would result in irreparable injury to Meem Industrial, and Meem Industrial shall treat any such unauthorized use as subject to the terms and conditions of this User Agreement.

Indemnity

All our users agree to indemnify and hold Meem Industrial and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers harmless from any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable legal costs and expenses), howsoever suffered or incurred due to or arising out of the user’s breach of this User Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Notice and Relationship

None of the provisions of this User Agreement constitutes any partnership or agency between the user and Meem Industrial and the user shall have no authority to bind Meem Industrial in any manner whatsoever. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any notices to Meem Industrial from the user/seller shall be given by the user/seller by email to Meem Industrial at support@meemindustrial.com with a physical copy sent to us by mail or courier, such notice deemed given on confirmation of its receipt to the user/seller by Meem Industrial via return email. Any notices to the user/seller from Meem Industrial shall be given by notices posted on the Site or by email to the email address provided to us during the registration process and shall be considered to be received 48 hours after any such email is sent. Alternatively, we may give the user/seller notice by mail or prepaid shipping to the address provided to us during the registration process. Under such circumstances, notice shall be deemed given 7 days after the date of mailing.
