Power Meter
The FIS power meter is meant to meet the high demands of fiber optic testing. It can be used for the absolute power measurement and relative measurement of the link loss in dB. Its compact size, user friendly interface, broad power measurement range, high precision and user automatic calibration function makes it a high performance testing device ideal for network testing. Different style adapter caps included.
Light Source
FIS light sources include a dual wavelength multi-mode or single mode light source. When used with the FIS Power Meter, together they provide accurate test solutions for fiber optic networks. Interchangable adapters allow flexibity with reference cords.
The new FIS E-Series Power Meter and Light Sources are also available in kits. These kits come in either Singlemode, Multimode or Quad versions with carrying case and mating sleeves needed for testing SC, ST and LC terminated cables. Reference cords include (2) of each: SC/SC, SC/LC and SC/ST. Multimode and Quad Kits include OM1 and OM3 reference cords with 62.5µm and 50µm mandrels.
