  • This fiber optic patch cable, made with Corning's SMF-28® Ultra Fiber has an APC or "Angled Physical Contact" polish on one fiber optic connector end face and a UPC or "Ultra Physical Contact" polish on the other connector end face. The APC polish provides lower back reflection. And the UPC polish results in a highly radiused domed end face surface that optimizes physical contact between the mated fiber cores. This fiber optic patch cable is guaranteed to meet or exceed industry standards.

FIS has the patchcords you need stocked and on the shelves. Choose from our large inventory of singlemode and multimode patchcords. The FIS Stock Patchcords are available in the most popular connector combinations. Assembled using reliable and durable ceramic ferrules, you can choose between PC, UPC, and APC polish finishes. Most cable assembly styles are available as either simplex or duplex. Multimode cords are available in either 50/125µm or 62.5/125µm versions.
