Damaged Goods:

In the unlikely event that you do receive damaged or defective goods from us, you are advised to return the item in the original box with the packaging intact (if possible). After receiving the returned item we will put it through internal inspection. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping charges incurred.

Wrong Items:

In case you receive an item other than the one ordered, you can return it in the same condition in the original box within 7 days of your receiving the item.

Change of Mind:

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an item once the order has been placed. However, if the order has not been processed in your system, we might be able to cancel it. If you do change your mind, please contact our customer service through the options listed on the website.
